Founded in 2014, our 509(a)(3) nonprofit subsidiary preserves Hawaiʻi’s specialized laboratory capabilities as the state’s only provider of cell processing and storage services. HCTTL’s mission is to deliver essential cell therapy services that support the entire Hawaiʻi medical community. Accredited by AABB for hematopoietic progenitor cell processing, storage, and distribution, they are integral to Hawaiʻi’s only bone marrow and stem cell transplant program.
